We provide educational credentials evaluations for individuals educated outside the United States who require
an assessment of their education for purposes of academic admission to accredited colleges, universities and
secondary schools in the United States, submission to State Licensing Boards in Cosmetology, Dentistry, Dental
Hygiene, Geology, Midwifery, Naturopathy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Veterinary Medicine,
submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for immigration purposes and for professional
membership, certification, and employment.

We reference our educational credentials evaluations to the Electronic Database for Global Education V 1.0
(EDGE Database), a proprietary and copyrighted database of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars
and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) as well as to the World Higher Education Database of the International
Association of Universities, and key publications of AACRAO and NAFSA: Association of International
Educators with specific reference to the placement recommendations and guidelines of the former National
Council on the Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials. Additionally, our evaluations include information
from an extensive library of reference materials and institutional syllabi accumulated over 26 years. Evaluations
conducted for purposes of professional licensure include detailed information received from international
professional registration bodies. All evaluations conducted for purposes of State Licensing application are based
on primary source verification, both of academic documents as well as verified professional registration. Our
physical therapy evaluations itemize relevant coursework on specific Board-designated forms and on proprietary
FCCPT Coursework Tools copyrighted by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).

Our purpose is to provide accurate and impartial educational credentials evaluations based on documentary
evidence including transcripts, diplomas, and syllabi. The equivalency statement is based on guidelines detailed
in nationally recognized publications and recommendations from expert educators in the field of international
comparative education in the United States. Our educational credentials evaluations are advisory and provide a
statement of academic equivalency based on information related to institutional accreditation, basis of admission,
program length, academic level, and program content for a course of study completed by the individual applicant.
